January 15, 2015 – Millstone Weber is pleased to announce that the MO/KS Chapter, American Concrete Pavement Association (ACPA) has named the Route 364 Phase 3 project in St. Charles, Co, the Route 50 Reconstruction project in Osage, Co, and the Ladue Road Improvement project in Chesterfield, MO as recipients of the state level Excellence in Pavement awards.
The Route 364 Phase 3 project won in the “Divided Highways” (Urban) category, the Route 50 Reconstruction project in the “Divided Highways” (Rural) category, and the Ladue Road Improvement project in the Municipal Streets & Intersections (>30,000 SY) category.
These three projects will be recognized at the 35th Annual Portland Cement Concrete Pavement Conference on Wednesday, March 4, 2015, as the best PCC pavement constructed in their respective categories for the year 2014 in the state of Missouri.
Senior Project Manager Justin Brooks, who oversaw the Route 50 Reconstruction project, commended the project team for delivering a safe and high-quality project.

This is the fourth ACPA Excellence in Pavement award for the Route 364 project. Phase 2 was recognized as the "Best Divided Highways” (Urban) concrete pavement project in Missouri for 2013, and won national and state level recognition in the same category for 2012.
In receiving these prestigious awards, all three projects are eligible for consideration for the ACPA National awards.
